John has experience representing clients in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and transactional matters. As a trial attorney he represents clients in domestic disputes, including divorce, custody, and support issues; criminal proceedings; construction disputes; business disputes; probate and estate disputes; and personal injury matters. He has represented clients at all phases of dispute resolution, including pre-litigation negotiations, administrative investigations, alternative dispute resolution, pre-trial hearings, trial, and appeal. In addition to trial work, John works with clients in estate planning, business transactions, and family law transactional matters.
John is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. John is also admitted to the Northern and Middle Federal Districts of Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
