Chris has experience representing corporate and individual clients in a broad array of subject matters, including litigation, dispute resolution, business counseling, business formations, and defense of criminal charges. As a trial attorney he represents clients in domestic disputes, including divorce, custody, and support issues; construction disputes; employment law matters, including discrimination claims; business disputes; and personal injury matters. He has represented clients at all phases of dispute resolution, including pre-litigation negotiations, administrative investigations, pre-trial litigation, trial, and appeal. Chris counsels clients with respect to pre-and post-litigation strategy. In addition to trial work, Chris provides counseling to clients seeking to identify and minimize the risk of future litigation.

Prior to joining the Miller & Brown, P.C., Chris worked as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for approximately four years. While with the Court, Chris served as the personal staff attorney for the Honorable Emmett Ripley Cox. After leaving the Court, he worked in Atlanta, Georgia as an employment and litigation associate with an international law firm.

Chris is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in both Georgia and Florida.
